HOW TO JOIN
The Syndicate opens on September 28th until October 12th. If you are interested in joining then please join the discord, read all of the information, and go forth with creating your character.
APP CHECKS
Applications will be checked via the Discord server where you will be able to post your apps from a certain date to receive feedback. Feedback will be given via DM's in the discord server. App checks will close two days before the group closes to allow mods time to decompress before beginning the process of accepting apps.
Please be prompt and stick to the time limit!

JOINING
Due to DeviantArt's changes, we will not be using the regular request to join the method, instead, we will be utilizing google forms. The link to this will be posted on this page from the 7th of July and on the discord. Should you send your application via an alternative method we cannot guarantee that it won't be missed.
Depending on interest there may only be a limited number of slots for the first opening, this is to ensure that certain mechanics can be implemented effectively without overwhelming the mods. If you are unsuccessful we will give a brief breakdown as to why but will be unable to answer questions. Please respect this.
EXTENSIONS
Initially, we were only going to open extensions up for exceptional circumstances but we've decided to open extensions to all who need them but we will not be giving these out until at least 2 days before the group closes. From past experience I know that it can often be difficult to maintain hype without a deadline and keeping it close to closing will allow us to get a good idea of numbers.
Some important notes on Extensions:
- Extensions will last for one week (Unless there are exceptional circumstances in which we ask you to be honest with us!)
- The apps submitted via an extension will be given a different form and will be evaluated separately (This ensures its fair for all those involved)
- App checks will still close on the 20th so you will also lose this ability if taking an extension so please bear this in mind!
Please apply for the extension via discord once they open. Once your extension is approved we will provide you with the extension submission link also. Hopefully, this helps any new arrivals feel more at ease with applying! If you have any further questions please let us know in #❓faq on the discord server.
*In terms of exceptional circumstances, depending on what's going on we will try to work with you to ensure you are comfortable and able to manage things without stress if things seem like they will be too difficult to manage we may advise that waiting for another opening may be a better idea. This is simply to protect those involved and their mental health because some things are not worth worrying about and IRL is always more important!
