THE
The Syndicate is a hidden government facility. It is said to be as old as Area 51, something which is only evidenced by the older wings as it has recently undergone redevelopment in the wake of the new program. Underground and devoid of light the facility is broken down into several wings, many of which are off-limits to participants of the S-Gene Project.
Instead, participants are asked to remain within the living quarters which provides spacious living quarters, a gym, canteen, garden, and various entertainment sectors such as a cinema, karaoke, and fully stocked (though purchases are monitored) bar. Syndicate hopes that participants find the accommodation comfortable and welcoming.
The only times a participant will be allowed to leave these quarters would be those in which they are sent for testing elsewhere in the facility. These outings are strictly monitored by staff who will escort you too and from the living quarters, to ensure no one gets lost.
ACCOMMODATION
Due to private investors taking an interest in the project, The Syndicate has managed to ensure that they meet the needs of their participants by being able to finance CUSTOM living arrangements to suit the needs of everyone within their care. Alterations can be made at any time by simply asking MARGO the facility AI at any time.
Each room as standard includes:

One spacious bedroom

A luxury bathroom complete with rainfall shower and bath

A small fully stocked kitchen

A large living room complete with smart TV and sound system.
Each 'Appartement' is soundproofed to ensure comfort for all. The large windows framing the front of the property (Overlooking the gardens) have remote control blinds to ensure privacy at all times.
The Aesthetic of each complex is entirely customizable.

Please note: Participants MAY live together on request though a risk assessment must be carried out to ensure the property can be properly retrofitted to fit the needs of both parties. This is simply to ensure that no damage is done to the building as some areas will need to have...particular means of safety installed.

RECREATIONAL ACTIVITIES
The recreational activities within the facility are under constant review to ensure our participants are entertained and live out their days as comfortably as possible. As such we are constantly developing these aspects to fully meet the needs of everyone within our care. This means that we provide 'surprises' and 'events' on a regular basis, unveiling new areas or activities at any time.

For safety and to ensure a quick response for our participants, everything is automated and run via an AI system (MARGO) that can be communicated with throughout the facility. MARGO has the right to intervene should participants act outwith their best interests. This may include the implementation of the 'timeout' system. SCIENTIFIC FACILITIES
The majority of the scientific facilities are off-limits to participants. However, when called for testing, Participants will be escorted to where they are needed by Syndicate staff. The location for testing is separate from the main body of the scientific wing to ensure that participants are kept safe and not exposed to any material which would cause them harm.

The scientific facilities are incredibly advanced, sleek, and modern and kept to the best of standards to ensure our participants are never put at risk or discomfort.
